keep them separate. Run a second
coax cable to each room that will
have a satellite receiver.

Diplexer
Diplexers allow you to combine satellite
and antenna (or CATV) signals on a
single coax. Combining these signals
sometimes creates new problems: The
diplexer will reduce the signal strengths,
increasing the chance of noisy pictures.

using diplexers when you cannot run a
second coax.
Adding a second multi-switch expands the system to six receivers. Adding
a third multi-switch allows the use of up to eight satellite receivers. Do not
cascade multi-switches more than 2 ‘layers’ deep.
